Eshopbox is looking forward to onboarding a committed Performance Marketing Manager who is motivated enough to combine his Analytical, Communication and Managerial skills in order to bring the best set of customers in the house. The role involves driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing online campaigns to maximize conversions.
Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to drive relevant traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, using relevant analytics tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure Eshopbox remains at the forefront of performance marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
What Makes you Eligible?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SemRush) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
