The Apparel category includes clothing and shoes that are worn or carried. Any product that doesn't fall under these categories (e.g., Health and beauty, Electronics, Food and beverages, etc.) will be considered Non-Apparel and subject to Non-Apparel pricing and handling.

Eshopbox charges long-term storage fees (LTSF) for inventory kept in its fulfillment centers beyond set timeframes. These fees apply after 90 days (3 months) for Apparel and after 45 days (1.5 months) for Non-Apparel.

Eshopbox provides packaging materials at an additional cost to ensure your products are packed and shipped safely to customers. Read How does packaging work at Eshopbox fulfilment locations to learn more. Packaging material costs may change periodically, and you will be notified of any rate updates.

Eshopbox can pack your orders using your custom packaging at no additional cost. Your custom packaging can be stored at Eshopbox FCs for ₹900 per pallet per month.

Eshopbox offers product kit assembly, combining multiple components into bundled packages. The fee is ₹1 per unit.

Eshopbox can attach tag loops (plastic tags with scannable barcodes) to products during order processing for ₹4 per tag.

All inventory sent to Eshopbox FCs must comply with our receiving guidelines. Read Preparing your products for the Eshopbox fulfilment centre to learn more. Additional fees may apply for inventory requiring special receiving, assessed case by case.

Custom quotes are available for special tasks outside our standard services, such as repackaging products, gift wrapping, conducting detailed product inspections, or refurbishing products.
